Barrington Wines Central Otago

This year we are celebrating 12 years of our faithful big 'brown bear' Labrador, George. Our winemaker selected individual rows and clones, representing 5% of the vineyard to be hand picked. The wine then matured for 10 months in French oak. The wine is deep purplish red, with powerful aromas of cherry and spices giving length and volume.

Barrington Pinot Rosé, off-dry. Red fruits and watermelon on the palate with a lingering finish. Barrington Pinot Gris, off-dry. Pear nd Nectarine on a rich and lively palate.

CHEERS!!! Bubbles of family and friends - hand picked during 'lockdown'. Dark red. Elegant lifted aromas of cark fruits - wild cherry, blueberry and wild thyme.

Barrington Vineyard, a Central Otago Winery also produces Verjuice which it supplies to various restaurants. The juice of unripened grapes prized for its soft, fruity taste. Adds depth and richness to cooking. Use in place of lemon juice or vinegar to finish sauces. Also to add flavour in poaching, braising and deglazing.
