2012 River Block Pinot Noir

Displays a bouquet of dark cherry, violet and strawberry. The palate shows lovely balance between the black fruits and the savoury layers of vanilla and black pepper. A wine of great complexity and firm tannins. Now at it's best after cellaring for a few years!

Is dry (3 g/l residual sugar) displaying aromas of raspberry, cranberry and nectarine. On the palate it shows good length with a creamy textural finish.

This delicious Rose has held up remarkably well and is still a favourite among those who had it in our restaurant and is still available in the cinema.

Barrington Pinot Gris

It shows generous aromas of sweet summer fruits with a rich and smooth palate and ripe flavours of nectarine and apricot.

Made from the juice of unfermented grapes, use it as a gentle acidulant wherever you might find lemon juice or vinegar too tart - which means whenever you want the gentlest bite of flavour.

Use it! Its great stuff.!!!
